Mark Alan Boyd, age 50, died March 4 in Sarasota, Fla. Born Nov. 27. 1955 (Xenia, Ohio) to Dr. Roger Boyd and the late Linda Atsalis. Graduated Fairborn Baker High School 1974. Participated in football, track and Choraliers. Attended and played football at Wittenberg University. Received a B.S. in Education from the Ohio State University. Taught in Southwestern City Schools (Columbus, OH) where he coached football, wrestling and basketball. Held many positions in the Sarasota Family YMCA (Sarasota. FL). Most recently Program Director of YMCA Character Development Schools. These programs received the Florida Department of Education's Proven Practice Award. Survived by his father Dr. Roger Boyd of Fairborn, Ohio; daughters Molly (Chris) Fox of Glen Rock, Pa. and Kacey (Louis) Resto of Westminster, Md.; three grandchildren Madalyn, Zachary and Isaiah: sister Cary (Karl) Criss of Dublin, Ohio; brother John (Jacquelyn) Boyd of Irvine, Calif.: nieces Ashley, Emily and nephew Ryan. Mark will be remembered for deeply caring about children and family, and for his tremendous sense of humor Ð a beloved son, father, brother and friend. Memorial service at the Jennings Funeral Home 5750 Swift Rd. Sarasota, FL 34231 is Friday, March 10 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Heart Transplant Program, Tampa (General Hospital, 2 Columbia Drive, Tampa, FL 33606.

James was a truck driver for Helton Trucking and enjoyed spending time at his property in Scioto County. Survivors include his parents Virgil and Betty Brewer of Fairborn; 2 sons, Donnie Brewer, and wife Christina of Riverside, Codie Brewer, and special friend Christy Burton of Northridge; a daughter, Chrissy Brewer of Miamisburg; a grandson, Zachary Brewer; 2 brothers, Raymond Brewer, and wife Becky of Fairborn, Timothy Brewer, and wife Angel of Moraine; a sister, Gloria Bostick, and husband Larry of Enon; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends.

Jerry David “Dave” Kaiser, 57, of Chandlersville, died at 5:27 A.M. on Sunday, April 13, 2014, at his home. He was born June 19, 1956, in Zanesville, a son of Jerry Kaiser of Fairborn and the late Jane Holdren Kaiser. He was a 1974 graduate of the Greene Co. Career Center Body Shop Program, Owner and Operator of Dave Kaiser’s Body Shop, and a member of the Sons of the American Legion. Dave loved to ride his Harley motorcycle, NASCAR, enjoyed fishing, hunting, and was a Ford man. Surviving are his father Jerry (Shirley) Kaiser of Fairborn; a sister Leslie (Kevin) Sweitzer of Springfield; a niece Amy (Jason) Bailey of Springfield; a nephew David Cordova of Springfield; an aunt Shirley Winters of Chandlersville; his beloved dog LeRoy; and a host of family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00-5:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 19, 2014, at the Kaiser Ranch: 8015 Wonderland Road, Chandlersville, Ohio 43727. Ben was 51 when he died. He was born November 12, 1955 in Springfield Ohio to parents Robert (deceased in 1977) and Jaclyn Kline. His main passion was music and he played guitar and was in choir in high school. He attended many colleges but did not receive a degree. He served in the Army in 1982-83 but received a medical discharge. Ben suffered from schizophrenia much of his adult life but was able to work in maintenance for the Ohio State University, although he was on medical retirement at the time of his death. He was also a diabetic, and the coroner believed heart disease plus the diabetic influence contributed to his death. He is survived by his mother, sister Denise (Jerry) Derge of Fairborn, brother Loren (Lisa) of Canton, Ga. and niece Jessica (Brent) Derge Rossman of Columbus Ohio and Joel Derge, also of Fairborn. His funeral was held at Jackson Lytle Ingling Williams in Springfield. He is interred in Medway Cemetary, next to his father

John was born to Dorothy and Bernard Murray in Dayton, Ohio on February 2, 1956. He is survived by his mother Dorothy, his siblings Bernard, Matthew, Teresa, Margaret, Mary and Eddie, his wife Terry, his daughters Andrea Murray, Melissa Rogers, Dina Ahee, Ashely Duke and Andi Duke, sons-in-law Colten Rogers and Nick Ahee, and his grandchidren Gwyn, John Murray, Sara, Taylor, Jacob, Deyton, Johnny and Ethan.
